The Casper Bag is a rectangular shaped bag with long shoulder straps. It is perfect for everyday use and can easily be modified or customized for your specific needs. It’s the modern day carry all bag featuring side gussets for an extended opening when packing all your goodies. It also features interior slip and zipper pockets for extra organization when on the go.

This sewing Pattern is designed for an intermediate sewist, but confident beginners are encouraged to make this as well. It Includes Beginner friendly sewing instructions, illustrations, and an accompanying detailed video tutorial to make construction of the bag easy to follow.

Fabric RECOMENDATIONS:

For this pattern, you can use virtually any fabric, however it is recommended to use a woven fabric with little to no stretch. Great options include canvas, quilting cotton, velveteen, denim, flannel, prequilted fabrics and more! You will also need fusible fleece, fusible foam, pellex, or stabilizer of your choice depending on what fabric you have chosen to work with.

Please note you will be sewing through multiple layers so your stabilizer and fabric combination should be thinner if you are a beginner. Experienced sewists can use pellex or fusible foam just keep in mind it does make construction more difficult.
